New Patients
What to expect at your first appointment?
Initial appointments are usually 90-120 minutes, as we need to understand your health history, present concerns and questions.
In conjunction with your treatment, including acupuncture (tuina, laser, moxa, etc. if your concern requires it), determining the treatment plan will dictate how many visits will be required. Follow-up treatments are usually 45-60 minutes, reviewing improvements and changes from the previous treatment and receiving acupuncture as well.
We will bill your primary insurance and do our best to confirm benefits, however we ask that you also confirm your benefits, deductible amounts and copays as these fees are requested at time of service.
In order to serve you best please fill out the new patient form below in as much detail as possible and bring to your first appointment.
Successful health care is only possible when the practitioner has a complete understanding of the patient physically, mentally and emotionally. All symptoms that you are experience are relevant and important to us as Chinese Medicine practitioners. All information will be held in strict confidence.
