Dear Patients, Family and Friends,-
We hope that this finds you all well, finding creative ways to spend your days and enjoying the sunshine that has brightened our days. The COVID-19 crisis has interrupted our lives and is testing our resilience with the many challenges we may have or will experience. Oregonians are strong and helpful - we will get through this too!
As a result, we have changed a few practice routines. We will be separating our locations with Charlie only seeing patients in Hood River and Susan only seeing patients in Mosier. Again, we ask that if you are feeling any symptoms of fever, cough, runny nose, undue fatigue - please call your PCP and get tested.
We will adjust our schedule so that we have more time between patients, with hopefully no one together in the waiting room. Should this occur, we ask that you remain in the lobby or in your car until your appointment time/waiting room is empty.
We are here to help you stay healthy!! We are available to get patients herbs to fight off any virus/bacteria that you come in contact with - as well as herbs to keep you healthy during this outbreak. We can consult via phone and now can file claims with your insurance company to do so.

To help your own immune system, please:
- Stay at home or social distance of 6’ when out in public.
- Eat a healthy diet of fresh food, vegetables, limited fruits, fish, water, tea.
- Rest. Yes, sleep and rest are important.
- Reduce stress through meditation, home exercise, reading, creating.
